Printemps num\u00e9rique is proud to have contributed to the AVATARS project, a visionary international initiative that harnesses artificial intelligence and digital arts to promote equality and preserve collective memory.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On June 24, at the United Nations House in Brussels, the Club Leadership and Entrepreneurship (CLE) \u2013 Groupe IAM Dakar<\/strong> won the AVATARS competition with their outstanding project bringing to life the avatar of Mariama B\u00e2<\/strong>, the renowned Senegalese author and activist. Thanks to AI, her legacy continues to inspire thousands of young people today, carrying a message of hope and inclusion.<\/p>\n

An award presented by our partner FARI in Brussels<\/span><\/h4>\n

As part of this partnership, Susheel Nath<\/strong>, representative of FARI \u2013 AI for the Common Good Institute<\/strong>, had the honor of presenting the AVATARS Award<\/strong> to the winning team on behalf of Printemps num\u00e9rique. This ceremony took place during a prestigious event organized for the International day of women in diplomacy<\/strong>, bringing together decision-makers, artists, researchers, and organizations committed to a more inclusive digital world.<\/p>\n

An invitation to MTL connect<\/span><\/h4>\n

In recognition of their work, the team members will receive four complimentary passes<\/strong> to attend MTL connect<\/strong>, Montreal\u2019s Digital Week organized by Printemps num\u00e9rique. This will allow them to share their experience, expand their network, and discover new opportunities for collaboration and social impact.<\/p>\n

A project supported by committed partners<\/span><\/h4>\n

The AVATARS project is co-organized by 3 Plumes<\/strong> and DALL<\/strong> as part of the EU AI WEEK by AI4Belgium<\/strong>, funded by Innoviris<\/strong> and Wallonia-Brussels International (WBI)<\/strong>, with the support of the Quebec Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie (MRIF)<\/strong> for Printemps num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n
