Montreal, March 23, 2020 — With the COVID-19 pandemic, the world is facing an extraordinary situation. Following the measures announced by the Government of Quebec and the Government of Canada, in a concerted decision with its partners and collaborators, Montreal Digital Spring has decided to postpone MTL connect: Montreal Digital Week and ISEA2020 to October 13 – 18, 2020 in Montreal.
Until recently, Montreal Digital Spring intended to maintain the events in May, limiting the number of participants per site and per day, while increasing measures to ensure the health and safety of the participants. At the same time, a technological platform was created to allow participants (especially international attendees) to virtually attend sessions, access content and interact with the onsite participants.
Tickets already purchased will be automatically transferred to the new dates. Please note that the deadline for the early bird registration is extended to May 1st, 2020 until 11:59 pm (GMT-5). You can register HERE. Participants who wish to attend the events remotely will have access to discounted virtual Full passes to access live online content. Indeed, in addition to postponing the dates, the technological platform set up will be maintained in order to connect the participants, whether they are present physically or virtually. Full details will be announced shortly.
See you in Montreal next Fall!
