ISEA2020: nearly 1,000 submissions received!

Montreal, December 17, 2019 – The Call for Participation is officially closed. We received a total of 987 submissions from 58 countries. Thank you to those who took the time to create and submit proposals for ISEA2020 under the theme of sentience. We look forward to seeing you in Montreal from May 19 to 24, 2020 during MTL connect/ISEA2020!

These are the procedures for the review process:

ACADEMIC

Full and Short Papers will be double-blind reviewed. Panel and roundtables will be single-blind reviewed.

PRESENTATIONS, DISCUSSIONS, TALKS & TUTORIALS

Posters / Demonstrations; Institutional Presentations; Artist Talks / Work in progress; Workshops and Tutorials will be selected by the chairs and the organizing committee based on quality and relevance for the symposium.

CREATIVE PROJECTS / EVENTS IN THE PUBLIC SPACE

Artistic works will be single-blind reviewed, and selected by the chairs and the organizing committee based on quality and relevance for the symposium. Authors will be notified via email through the EasyChair platform.

Note: ISEA2020 does not support any expense or registration fees. At least one registration per accepted submission is required no later than March 16, 2020 (early-bird rate). Authors of accepted academic submissions that fail to register will not be included in the proceedings. Each presenter in a panel must register. If you are the co-author of more than one paper, you only need to register once.
